Demo - removal of change rooms, sales desk, display wall, store front, brick and existing demising walls
Electrical - removal of wires, track lighting and fluorescent lighting
Drywall - new dimising wall, framing and boarding up of unit 41A

Contract included:
Demo - concrete coring and drilling
Framing/Insulation/Drywall - furring walls on west exterior wall and against concrete block south wall; build 2 interior walls to form room; ceiling furred with screw bar on joists, insulated and drywalled
Carpentry - supply and install door frames, doors, hardware, backing, sink cabinet
Electrical - install 4 explosion proof outlets; supply and install 3 rows of 3 – 4’, 2 tube explosion proof flourescent fixtures; supply and install evacuation fan switch; supply and install 240 volt supply to heat system
Plumbing - supply and install institutional grade stainless steel sink, all necessary waste and water supply pipes; cut into air supply and install 2 compressed air outlets
Ventilation - supply and install separate exhaust fan and stock for new workshop, new exhaust hood, and door intake filters
Heat - 5000 watt ceiling mounted roughneck explosion proof fixture forced air heater
Painting - paint all new drywall and doors/frames
