Contract included:
Demo - remove plywood from demising wall, remove carpet and VCT tiles
Concrete - repair
Electrical - install 100 amp, 3-phase service
HVAC - supply and install 3 ton HVAC unit
Plumbing - install new gas line, supply cold water line
Framing/Drywall - demising wall, install wall angle
Roofing - install roof curb, roof jacks, and gum sleeves
Rough Carpentry - support HVAC weight
Doors - supply and install 3’ door and sidelight
