Hoarding Wall - temporary
Demising Wall - insulated, drywalled, taped and sanded
Floors - tiled, sealed and polished
Storefront - sign and main door
Ceilings - standard ceiling tile
Plumbing - new drain and water
Ductwork - new with relocated thermostat
Electrical - 200 amp service
Sprinklers - to code for tenants
Front Display Unit - removed and reinstalled

Contract included:
Demo - remove existing cash desk, bulkhead over store front entrance, existing carpet and vinyl tile
Flooring - install tile and carpet
Painting - all new walls
Electrival - HVAC and sprinkler system inspected
Finishing - install ½” MDF on walls over existing slatwork, install new cash desk, all bulkheads finished in MDF and painted

Contract included:
Lights - high bays
Millwork - trim moulding at ceiling drop
Doors - install 10 foot main door, delete one exterior glass door
Flooring - VCT tile, carpet
Paint - ceiling and walls
Drywall - move back to column, create drywall pillars
Desk - wood with laminate top
Signage - create signage
