Contract included:
Ceiling - remove and reinstall ceiling tiles
Soundproofing - insulation of ceilings
Ventilation - supply and install necessary hot air ducting and cold air return system
Voice/Data/Cable - supply telephone and data links to counter, office and sound room; supply TV cable to office
Plumbing - supply and install coffee station sink rough-ins, single bowl, stainless sink and faucets
Millwork - supply and install 6 panel residential doors and frames for storage, sound room, recording studio and office
Glasswork - supply and install windows with one way mirror glass in office and double window in sound/recording studio wall
Electrical - supply and install emergency lights
Flooring - VCT tile in coffee station area, rubber covebase throughout
